Global Competence Training

Whether your preference is virtual training or classroom training, we can engage your learners and support their global competence development.

Training can focus on an individual dimension of the Global Competence Model™, or combinations of dimensions, based on your preferences, needs, or our recommendations.

Training can be bundled with the Global Competence Aptitude Assessment (GCAA)®, which is often used beforehand to target and prioritize developmental needs as well as engage learners upfront. Offering the GCAA® after a training program to empower lifelong learning and development is another option, although less common.

Programs can be a combination of training and group GCAA® debriefs, if utilized, in the same session or dedicated training or group GCAA® debrief sessions—online or in person.
