Coaching

GCA coaches are certified Global Competence and GCAA® Practitioners, and they vary the depth and duration of their support as desired:

• A coach may have a single meeting to debrief Global Competence Aptitude Assessment (GCAA)® metrics and feedback, helping the coachee understand their scores and strategize a developmental plan.

• They may also support a coachee through a development engagement package. GCA coaches partner with each client to create a personalized learning plan that includes the GCAA® for targeted development, addressing immediate and long-term career goals for effectiveness in today’s global workforce.

(The coach may also include additional assessment tools to develop other complementary competencies, such as leadership, as appropriate.)
